About Us

Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona (PSNA) is proud to offer state-of-the-art surgical care to all the residents of northern Arizona. With a main office in Flagstaff and satellite offices in Sedona, Cottonwood, Kingman, Payson, Page, Lakeside, and Prescott, PSNA offers its patients the convenience of a wide variety of procedures as well as locations.

Dr. Lex, Dr. Quigley, Dr. Boettcher, and Dr. Cole are all Board Certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and all are members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. All four doctors perform everything from facelifts and Mommy Makeovers to breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery and skin cancer reconstruction, to endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, Botox injections, laser skin resurfacing, and dermal fillers.

In addition to being Board Certified plastic and reconstructive surgeons, Dr. Lex, Dr. Quigley, Dr. Boettcher, and Dr. Cole are all hand surgery specialists, treating everything from hand trauma to arthritis and other hand dysfunction, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, and chronic thumb pain.
