Consultation appointments for any of our nine northern Arizona locations can be made by calling our Flagstaff office. Our usual office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday
through Friday. For our cosmetic patients, evening hours are offered on a regular basis in our Flagstaff office.
